The addition of direct dial data for the US broadens the scope of Cognism’s B2B data coverage, as the company already supplies switchboard numbers. Cognism’s data asset now provides a total of 11,314,167 direct dials for the US market, propelling the company to the forefront of B2B data provision in the United States.
Cognism’s customers will find that the addition of direct dials will speed up the prospecting process, as they enable outreach to verified cellphone numbers and desk extensions. This means that a caller will be able to reach a lead directly, instead of going through switchboards and gatekeepers.
In addition to the data itself, the Cognism platform has been updated with the ability to filter direct dials. Direct-dial numbers will be displayed next to each lead’s name on the Search page. The user will be able to select leads who only have direct dials and push that data into their outbound campaigns.
Cognism’s dedicated direct dial research team and its Direct Dial Discover platform will ensure continuous and accurate numbers and allow users to report and rectify stale numbers.
Cognism’s reporting function has also been updated. Now, the user will be able to download a CSV file containing the direct dial data, facilitating the easy transfer of the data into their preferred CRM. This will have a huge benefit to Cognism’s customers, as direct dial data can now be added seamlessly to their existing workflows.
