RocketReach pricing is split into Individual plans and Team plans:

Individual plans

RocketReach Individual pricing starts from $468 to $2988 per user per year if you choose annual billing. Depending on the plan, you can get a discount of between 26% and 44%. 

If you choose monthly billing, pricing starts from $80 to $300 per user.

RocketReach has three Individual plans: 

1. Essentials

  • $80/user/month.
  • $960/user/year with a 26% discount on an annual plan.

  • Annual individual plans offer unlimited lookups.

2. Pro

  • $150/user/month.

  • Annual individual plans offer unlimited lookups.
  • Sign up via the site.

3. Ultimate

  • $833/user/month.
  • $3600/user/year with a 30% discount on an annual plan.
  • Email and phone.
  • 833 lookups/user.
  • Annual individual plans offer unlimited lookups.
  • Sign up via the site.

All Individual plans include:

  • Personal and professional emails.
  • Person search.
  • Browser extension.
  • Send 25 emails a day.

If you require mobiles, integrations, bulk lookups, API access, Org charts and company trends, Technographics, or CRM enrichment, you must choose a higher-tier individual plan. 

Intent data and advanced features such as SSO, reporting, and priority support are only available on Team plans.

Team plans

RocketReach Team plan pricing starts from $83 to $207 per user monthly, billed annually. There is no monthly subscription for Team packages. 

For teams, you can choose from:

1. Team Pro

  • $83/user/month billed at $996 annually. 
  • Email and phone.
  • 3600 lookups/user.
  • Sign up via the site.

2. Team Ultimate

  • $207/user/month billed at $2480 annually. 
  • Email and phone.
  • 10,000 lookups/user.
  • Sign up via the site.

3. Custom

  • Email and phone.
  • Unlimited annual lookups/user.
  • Sign up via the site.

Pricing is based on 2 to 5 user seats and the required lookups. The custom enterprise license is based on volume. Sources across the web mention RocketReach enterprise pricing as $3000 for 5000 contacts a year and unlimited lookups. 

Each Team plan includes: 

  • Personal and professional emails.
  • Person search.
  • Browser extension.
  • Send 25 emails a day.
  • Mobile and direct contact numbers.
  • Company search.
  • Basic integrations.
  • Bulk lookups.
  • Technographics. 
  • Add/reassign seats.

If you require API access, Salesforce integration, Org charts and company trends, intent data, SSO, advanced reporting and CRM enrichment, you must choose a higher-tier team plan. 

You’ll have to pay more for additional users and lookups if needed.

What is RocketReach pricing based on?

Despite no mention of credits on the pricing page, RocketReach pricing is credit-based. It means that depending on the nature of your plan, you may be charged credits for lookups and exports.  

When signing up for a RocketReach Team subscription, you can choose between two and five user seats or get a custom quote for more users. 

Most packages include a set number of lookups; however, some plans, such as Individual annual plans, offer unlimited lookups. 

If you don’t have unlimited lookups, you can purchase more from $0.30 to $0.45 a lookup.

Are mobile numbers included in the RocketReach pricing plans?

RocketReach mobile numbers are only included in higher-tier plans such as Individual Pro, Ultimate, and all Team plans. 

That said, some users have mentioned the desire for more mobiles and direct dials, and the accuracy could be improved.

How do RocketReach credits work?

Users can keep track of credit usage via a credit meter on the account settings page. 

Here’s how RocketReach credits are charged:

  • 1 lookup credit for every person’s profile that returns at least one verified email address or phone number. (You are not guaranteed to receive an email address and a phone number for every contact.)
  • 1 export credit for every contact with verified contact information that you export.
  • Company export credits are offered as an add-on purchase exclusively for Enterprise plans or API-only services.
  • Extra credits start from $0.30.

The tool states that no lookup credit is used if no verified contact information is available. However, users on G2 dispute this

How much is RocketReach Salesforce integration?

RocketReach Salesforce integration requires a higher-tier plan on both Individual and Teams. 

  • For RocketReach Individual packages, this includes the Pro and Ultimate subscriptions.
  • For RocketReach Team packages, this includes the Ultimate and Custom subscriptions.

Is RocketReach pricing suitable for individual prospecting?

Yes, many users sign up for the RocketReach Individual subscriptions. It’s a decent tool for individuals to consider if they do not wish to commit to annual payments or test for supplemental use.

However, users mention that the data is outdated and emails have high bounce rates

Does RocketReach offer a free trial?

RocketReach does not include a free option on the pricing sign-up page, but the website states that creating an account is free. This free option includes five free monthly lookups with no credit card required. (Unused credits do not carry over the following month as with all other RokcetReach plans.)

It’s good news for anyone wanting to test the platform’s data. However, read the T’s & C’s carefully before subscribing, as some users were frustrated by the refund policy, and others claim the data is scraped from LinkedIn.

How to cancel the RocketReach contract?

If you’re a RocketReach customer and want to terminate your contract, there are three options based on the type of plan you have:

  1. Free service: No fee and no subscription to cancel. You deactivate your account via the accounts page.
  2. Individual and non-custom packages: Head to manage subscriptions from your accounts page when logged in and select cancel subscription. 
  3. Custom plans: You’ll need to send an email to your RocketReach Account Manager or to sales@rocketreach.co.

Several users have found cancelling RocketReach difficult. Don’t assume you cancelled your plan until you see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. Be sure to cancel well before the end of your term to prevent an automatic renewal.

Also, note that your leftover credits should remain available until your subscription cycle ends.
